Changes requested after May 1st will have to be made at Holiday Inn when you pick up your package.
There is a $10 change fee per household, per instance.
Cancellation Policy: We’re sorry that you can’t attend our rally this year.
Please submit your cancellation/refund request in writing. Prior to 10 days before the event start date, you’ll receive a refund of what you paid, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Within 10 days of the event’s start date, unless your cancellation is due to a medical emergency, we won’t be able to refund anything (at that point, we aren’t able to cancel your meal reservations included in your package).
All medical emergency requests must be accompanied with documentation validating the medical emergency.
All refunds will be issued by June 30th.
